Shipping

The estimated delivery time is 4-5 business days. For non-standard or customized products, delivery times may vary, so please check your cart for specific details. The shipping time includes manufacturing, shipping, and handling. Shipping costs depend on the total weight of the package, the destination country, and fuel fees. To determine the exact shipping cost, please review the shipping detail to your cart.

All parcels are securely packed and sent by USPS, UPS or Fedex couriers. Every parcel has its individual tracking number.

Return Policy

If you change your mind, you may return a FLAGIAN product within 30 calendar days of delivery and you will receive 100% refund. The product is eligible for return if it is in the original state and the mounting system has not been used. The Product needs to be sent at the customer’s cost.

In case of a partial return the original shipping cost is not refunded. Also, the custom prints and discount voucher are non-refundable.
